Returns Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to help. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Item must be in original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please note:
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom/personalized orders, final sale items, and perishable goods.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
